Canadian governments must invest in mental health care to prevent homelessness for youth

In a policy brief released early April 2017, the Canadian Observatory on Homelessness and A Way Home Canada are calling on federal, provincial and territorial governments to invest in mental-health care to support homeless and at-risk youth.

The brief details six policy recommendations outlining how Canada can create a more effective system of care for young people who are homeless and struggling with mental health issues.
